What this notice covers
This notice describes how we handle personal data collected through this website, in particular the contact form. It does not describe the governance of the health data platform, which is covered on the Governance page and in the agreements with our clients.
Data we collect
Name, organisation, role, type of organisation, work email and the content of your message, when you send us a request. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we process it
To respond to your request and follow up on it. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the request, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Retention
We keep your request for as long as needed to respond to it and to maintain the business relationship that may follow, and we delete it on request.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to contacto@vesaliusdata.com. Residents of Argentina have the rights recognised by Law 25.326; the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority.
